South Devon estate and block management

Our tailored Salcombe and South Devon, Estate Management and Block Management service is informed by more than 15 years' experience in regional property management services across the South West.  Both team leaders are members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

We take care of the daily running of your estate, so Directors can enjoy their properties and owners can rest assured that matters are managed to the required standards.

Our South Devon estate and block management service takes care of tasks including company secretarial, operations management, book keeping and other administrative duties with extensive in-house experience.

We put in place a capital expenditure programme so there aren’t any financial surprises for the board and stakeholders, instead managing spend with a steady service charge and a necessary sinking fund.

Key points

  • Expertise in estates/blocks of mixed use holiday letting and private to ensure your property is maximising it's potential.
  • Established network of local, experienced and trustworthy experts and tradespeople for effective response to range of issues
  • Experienced Operations Management, including owner liability, site risk and cost management, company secretarial incl. AGM and reporting
  • The freedom for owners to enjoy their property while we manage, maintain and even refurbish, taking a proactive rather than reactive approach.

Duncan Massey, Director at The Salcombe said: “With 35 or so owners, one of the first actions Pebbles undertook was to assess the communication between the Board and the other owners.  Communication is always likely to be a problem.  The solution Pebbles came up with was to design a dedicated website, called Salcombe Online  which had free access to all members, and was backed up by the Dwellant online tool.  The website has been a small revolution in terms of the development of The Salcombe, and has certainly brought our communications into the 21st century.  Communication is much easier, and the owners are much happier!”

Communication is much easier, and the owners are much happier!
Duncan Massey, Director  at The Salcombe
