When one client property found that their Electric Economy 7 Aga had gone cold in the middle of winter, they contacted Pebbles’ 24-hour service on a Friday evening. A member of our in-house maintenance team went to the house to inspect the issue straight away.
Having run through the possible causes and ascertained it needed expert attention, we provided two stove top ovens, hot plates and electric heaters to use while Aga specialists were contacted.
A definitive solution
Unable to attend over the weekend, they made a special visit to the property on the Monday to reset the Aga.
When it failed again a week later, they again made a special effort to visit the property in record time, this time providing a definitive solution that would otherwise have taken more than two weeks to rectify.
