Safety Compliance for Holiday Lets
Assuring you guests' safety adhering to industry benchmarked standards
Booking success depends on your guests feeling comfortable and safe both when they book and during their stay.
As a holiday let owner, you are responsible for the safety of your property and your guests against the risks and threats associated with Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Swimming Pool, and Hot Tub Safety, Oil Safety, and Gas Safety regulations.
As well as meeting your insurer's expectations, as a business owner, having proper health and safety measures in place could also reduce your liability should an accident happen.
Our expertise means we can be depended on to manage the safety compliance of your holiday let to industry benchmarked standards under constant review. 2023 legislature intends to drive out unsafe accommodation by introducing the Tourism Accommodation Registration Scheme. We welcome this additional recognition for well-managed, quality holiday home accommodation.
