How can we help you? Here you will find the answers to questions we are often asked about holiday home management. If you have a question that you can’t find the answer to, please contact us.

Who are our clients?

Our clients tend to be absent holiday home owners - either as a private residential home or luxury holiday let - and estates in the South Hams and East Cornwall areas. Our boundaries are decided by whether we can reliably guarantee to be on-site within 60 minutes in the case of an emergency. Our service allows clients to enjoy their property to luxury standards. Clients can also seek us out for a property Refurbishment or Landscaping project. In turn, this can lead to appointing us for their ongoing property management and services.

Do we let holiday homes?

No. We do not advertise holiday homes. Our partners cover all the options for letting, including Owners Direct and HolidayLettings or agents like Perfect Stays or Helpful Holidays. We can advise on the best option to meet your requirements. For our clients, we care for their guests’ property needs, from their arrival to their departure, whether they are paying guests or friends of the owner.

Do you provide references?

Yes, proudly. We receive compliments weekly from our clients and try to update the testimonials on our website and Facebook page ‘www.facebook.com/PebblesOfSalcombe’ as frequently as possible, while maintaining high levels of client discretion. We are confident to provide references on request

What are our core values?

We are dependable, caring, deliver exceptional service and good partners being your local eyes and ears for your property. We also strive to always be professional. ‘Transparency’ is at the core of our processes and innovations – like our state-of-the-art MyHome App that provides real-time communication on maintenance and gardening events, for example.

How do I keep in touch?

You will have a dedicated Manager, who is available in person at our offices, by phone and on email. You will also have a customer login to our website where our unique Dashboard allows you to keep updated in real time and contact us when need be.

Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks of the year, and an out-of-hours number is available for emergencies 24/7 year-round. Wherever you are, we’re never more than 60 minutes away; always guaranteed to have the right skills.

Pebbles in the Community

The community in which we live and work is especially important to us. Pebbles employs 60 – 110 people; (seasonally) with nine in ten of us living within half a dozen miles of our branch hearts, Salcombe and Downderry. This is where we walk our dogs, school our children and where we call home. 

We are a proactive part of our communities: like diversifying our service to provide work to other local businesses – our homemade jams from Slapton are outstanding!

Like providing meaningful career support not only for our team but their families too – our work experience offerings are highly commended by schools nearby. Like getting involved in local initiatives – our Employer Funded Volunteer scheme enables us all to be enriched by freely giving our time.
