Who are our clients?

Our clients are private home owners, holiday home owners and estates in the South Hams and nearby areas (judged by whether we can reliably guarantee to be on-site within 60 minutes in the case of an emergency). Our clients can enjoy their property to luxury standards.  Clients frequently have their property managed by us and the majority of those clients have been with us for five years or more - and counting.  

Clients can seek us out for a property Refurbishment or Landscaping project. Such clients will often become our managed clients.Our clients are also those who only require our reliable housekeeping and laundry service for their private homes, either regularly or as and when they require it.

Do we let holiday homes?

No. We do not advertise holiday homes.  Our network does include all the options for letting, including Owners Direct and or agents like Perfect Stays or Helpful Holidays, and we can advise on the best option to meet your requirements.  For our clients, we care for their guests’ property concerns, from their arrival to their departure, whether they are paying guests or friends of the owner.  

How do I keep in touch?

You will have a dedicated Manager, who is available in person at our offices, by phone and on email. You will also have a customer login to our website where our unique Dashboard allows you to keep updated in real time and contact us when need be.  Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks of the year, and an out-of-hours number is available for emergencies 24/7 year-round.  Wherever you are, we’re never more than a minute away (never more than 60-minutes from your property).

Do you provide references?

Yes, proudly.  We receive compliments weekly from our clients and try to update the testimonials on our website and Facebook page ‘Pebbles’ as frequently as possible, while maintaining high levels of client discretion.  We are proud to provide references on request.

What are your core values?

We are dependable, caring, exceptional and good partners.  We also do our utmost to be professional at all times.  ‘Transparency’ is at the core of our processes and innovations – like the online Client Dashboard that provides real-time information on maintenance events etc.
