Keeping your home cared for: checking in on your behalf

There is a lot of uncertainty around at the moment, and while we are sure you are missing your holiday home, we want to reassure you that its welfare is not one of the things you need to worry about. 

As we all do our bit by staying in one place at the moment, our homes and gardens continue to go through their seasonal cycles as normal, and as time goes by we are aware that you may be concerned about all the details that are not being tended to. 

Whether it’s checking to make sure that a pipe hasn’t burst, doing those odd jobs on your spring visit or planting the borders to make sure the garden is picture perfect for those summer G&Ts, Pebbles is here to help.

Property Management while your holiday home is empty

If you have not used our Property Management service before, because as a rule you don’t need it, you may find our basic service helpful and reassuring at this time. On a practical note, the current travel restrictions may have an impact on the validity of your house insurance, and Pebbles property checks can help.

Meanwhile, those checks also mean we can help to prevent, catch and fix any damage from things like a leaking pipe or weather damage that may have occurred. We all know that leaking pipes can happen all too easily at even the most well cared for properties, but with Property Management we can help to limit any damage that may be caused and have it fixed as soon as possible. 

Working for the safety of our team and our clients

We are aware that in offering services, many clients and potential clients will be keen to ensure that we are acting properly and responsibly within the guidelines surrounding COVID-19. We would like to take a moment to reassure you that over and above all things at Pebbles, we prioritise the safety of our clients, our team and our local community. 

At this time, more than ever,  that priority extends to the national community and the health and safety of all. For that reason, we are always careful to go over and beyond to ensure that our team are equipped with the information and equipment they need to do their work safely as well as effectively. 

At this time, any work that we carry out has been tailored to meet Government guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide any answers and reassurance you may need.

We are going to be pretty tied up with the Covid pandemic. We are both doctors [working at a busy hospital]. So - please do feel able to make decisions re [our house] - I trust you! As I may soon be going to 12-hour shifts, I may feel too tired to check my home emails that often.
