Our Vision
In May 2004, Deborah and James established Pebbles of Salcombe with two objectives:

1.   to make life easier for the property owner by providing a single point of call for the complete range of Property Services, focusing on value for money, efficient communication and reliable administration;

2.   to keep business local by channelling the demand for Property Services in to the local community – from cleaning to wireless broadband set-up, rather than seeing it met by professionals from other parts of the country.


Our Clients

We now attend to the Property Service and Management needs of more than 300 homes in the South Hams, including:

  • Holiday homes let through letting agents (see below for Partner Agents)
  • Holiday homes let by owners
  • Second homes used only by the owners, family and friends
