Protecting your liability - is your plumber insured?
Our service agreements with our Partner Specialists ensure that they are correctly insured under Public Liability and Employer's Liability legislation requirements. This does not cancel out your liability as service user but protects you in the case of an accident while work is being carried out at your home.
Quality assuring We monitor the work of our Partner Specialists and review them annually to ensure that quality, access and reliability and value is maintained our reputation for Property Services is maintained throughout.
Our Partner Specialists will only work at your property if they are registered and trained appropriately e.g. Work on an LPG boiler

The Contract of Sale on all work by Partners exists between you and that business.However at Pebbles our objective is to help arrange these specialist works and to support you and our Partner Specialist so that you have better access to one another (see About Us - Company Info.).Representing both parties, we achieve the following:
a) We make the Arrangements, including a quote on all works
b) We handle the Administration, including Communications
c) We manage the Payment according to our Partner's own Terms & Conditions
Our Arrangement fee for this is 10% of the final bill (+ VAT) with a minimum charge of £6.All Partner Specialist quotes for £400 or more require a 75% deposit.Written confirmation must be received by Pebbles before works can commence.
FREE with Pebbles' Property Management The Arrangement of all Specialist Partners is included in our Property Management packages, up to 4hours of work by our Property Manager.
