We’re told that our approach to properties is "refreshing", both for our high level of care and cleaning and our effective communication. In fact, we pride ourselves on both.

Whether it’s cleaning a home for incoming tenants or arranging a visit by our plumber or window cleaner, etc. we make sure a property is left as we'd like to find it, at it's best.

To achieve this, we have an excellent team of local cleaners, and a tried and tested network of local tradesmen including a handyman, window cleaner, gardener, electrician, plumber, painter & decorator, builder, chimney sweep, etc. So if you don’t have the time to search the Yellow Pages for good quality, value-for-money tradesmen, we can arrange it for you – with a recommendation that comes from experience!

We’re also aware that as homes vary, so can their owners; while some people like to think of the property only during a visit, we know that other people want frequent communication to know just how their home is coming along. So whether it’s e-mail, telephone, or even text message, we’re happy to keep you informed as much or as little as you’d like.

Our cleaners are fully insured and keep smart, with "Pebbles leaves no stone unturned" navy t-shirts and wicker baskets for their materials. Tradesmen are also fully insured.

Transparent Terms & conditions:
1) All work is invoiced monthly by email or Royal Mail. Payment to be made within 28 days of invoice date or fee of £20/mth or 5% will apply monthly thereafter.
2) Acceptance of our estimate is made on the understanding that the the full Terms and Conditions provided have been read and all details found acceptable.
3) Cancellation of a service within 24hrs subject to the cost of that service in full.
4) Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated (registration no. 873841102).
