Advice for clients providing their own linen
Many of our clients prefer to buy multiple sets of linen for their homes.While this means a greater initial outlay than having tenants bring or hire their own linen, with a well-planned system and considerate linen changing, it guarantees that anyone entering your property sees the home presented as you would wish, with the right linen colours and quality.Owners will require two sets of linen for letting and we recommend one spare item of each set to cover all eventualities.
Value for money laundry
During a changeover (and during a tenants’ stay if required), we will strip the beds and make them up for arriving guests. We will then carefully wash, dry and press all linen at our laundry. We have a careful administration system for collecting and returning linen to be sure that nothing is misplaced, and to preserve value for money, we work to the following code:
We have found that despite tenants requiring only half the beds of a house, if all the beds are made, they will be used! So unless instructed otherwise, we work with the information provided on arriving tenants and make up only the number of beds that should be required.
We make every effort not to strip a clean bed, so if it is clear that the linen hasn’t been used or disturbed, we will leave it or fold it away as necessary for arriving tenants.
Quality & Guarantees
Our Laundry Service is genuinely spotless - we can proudly boast not to have had a single item returned in the past two years but, in case of fault or damage, we guarantee the work:if an item is not up to your standard, we will re-launder at no extra cost; if an item is lost or damaged, we will replace like for like.
